Back in Time...

Derek was resting on the train as we ventured out for our Sunday adventures in SoHo. Mid-way through our journey, something caught my eye and I asked him about the old black train that had just pulled up on the opposite track. It was not like any of the other traints I had seen in New York City. Immediately he informed me that we had to get on that train. He didn't even know where it would take us, we just made a mad dash for it. And we weren't the alone. Everyone was scrambling over to check it out. Come to find out, NYC was running vintage trains every Sunday through the holiday seaason. It was like we stepped back in time. From the ceiling fans(!) to the worn cushioned seats to the vintage Era advertisements, it was quite the experience. You know it's something especially note-and-picture worthy when it's not only the tourists pulling out their cameras to take pictures, it's the locals as well!
