Ice Ice, Baby...

So happy to spend a happy holiday weekend with the marvelous Peterson clan.  

A Merry Brunch...

Started out my Christmas morning having brunch at my friend's house. The pic doesn't do it justice. Picture perfect Xmas morning: peaceful snow falling, holiday tunes playing, tree twinkling, "fire' roaring, hot chai and cooking smells from the kitchen.  Happy Birthday Santa!

Souper Dooper...

Every year the Peterson's have a Christmas Soup Party. This year was no different.  Bowls full of deliciousness surrounded by some of my most favorite people.  Oh, and cake balls. (Can't forget those!)  No better way to officially kick off the holiday!  

Disneyland 2014...

It's been a good four years (almost to the day) that I've visited the Happiest Place on Earth and it was about time I changed that.  My friend James and I made a plan for a quick two-day getaway, and while we had plenty of hiccups, challenges and $%*#! getting there.  (Hashtag: #MurderMotel) the rest of the trip was pretty much perfect.  An adorable Disney cast member named Cindy even gave us UN-Birthday buttons, and I can't think of any other place I'd want to celebrate my "birthday", albeit four months late (to the day).

Merry X-Mouse...

In my book, the only thing that could make Disneyland even better is when it's all decked in it's finest holiday decor!  Towering trees, bright bobbles and loads of twinkling lights.  It really is a magical sight to behold and best way to kick of the Season!
