LOVELIST: May Edition...

Hello Austria!  Good Evening Europe.  Good Morning Australia!   Salt Lake City calling!  Congratulations on what has been an amazing  show tonight!.
Here are the my votes for Eurovision 2015!

Poland.  Hungary.  Georgia.  Germany.  Russia.  Serbia.  Australia.  (1-7 points)
Norway: 8 points.
Belgium: 10 points.
and finally... Sweden: 12 points!

I've been counting down (for what seems like an eternity) to the day that I could finally retire my trusty 4S (Buh-bye sad lil 16 gigabytes!) and upgrade to the Sexy Six!   Simply put, iLove it (...and will continue to do so for the next two years.)

In a stark desert landscape where humanity is broken, two rebels just might be able to restore order: Max, a man of action and of few words, and Furiosa, a woman of action who is looking to make it back to her childhood homeland.  "With exhilarating (Non-CGI) action and a surprising amount of narrative heft, Mad Max: Fury Road brings George Miller's post-apocalyptic franchise roaring vigorously back to life." -RT  What a lovely day!!

In my latest Netflix addiction, two nemeses become bonded jilted wives after their husbands reveal they have been having an affair with each other since the 1990s-- and now plan to get married.  Jane and Lily's comedic timing and chemistry is delightful.  I couldn't binge my way through Grace and Frankie fast enough.  (And good news, it's already been picked up for Season 2!)

The Sugarhouse former Dollar Theater got a makeover this year, and is now all grown up!  It is now my new official and exclusive go-to cinema.  If I'm enjoying the latest big-screen blockbuster, you'll know where to find me.  Reclined.  And feet up!

I'm always trying to find new places to check out and I think I've found my new favorite Salt Lake Spot for grub!  Let me just copy and paste from their website info, and just wait for you to start salivating!  'A modern Diner by the owners of Pago, Finca and East Liberty Tap House).  Just because it's breakfast or casual dining doesn't mean you don't want top-quality ingredients showcased in fresh and unique menu items. Just because you're going out with the kids doesn't mean you don't want to enjoy a great meal that the whole family will love. Just because it's a diner, doesn't mean it has to be a greasy spoon, old dingy decor or frozen, pre-packaged ingredients. Just because it's great quality food, doesn't mean it has to be expensive. Just because it's a casual neighborhood spot, doesn't mean you can't enjoy a glass of wine, a cold beer, or even a boozy shake. Introducing Hub & Spoke Diner. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. High-quality ingredients sourced from local Utah farmers and artisans. In-house, fresh made bread, pastries, scones & pies, shakes & ice-cream specials, house-made sausage, house-smoked bacon and more. Full espresso bar and coffee shop inside the diner.'

Yup, as expected.. now I'm starving.  (Thank Gawd Dad Bod is a thing this Summer!)

Miss Sia's on a roll, I tell ya.  No surprise, I'm obsessed with her two latest offerings of Déjà Vu (with Giorgio Moroder) and the San Andreas soundtrack hit California Dreamin'.  Both are already racking up loads of listens on my Summer 2015 playlist!

Did you see him on the cover of Entertainment Weekly?  Or as the GQ cover model?  Or doing karaoke on The Tonight Show?  Or doing dino trivia on Ellen?  Or when he gave free drunk acting lessons?  Or read extreme super fan's messages?  Or visited Graham Norton across the pond?  Or read his preemptive heart-felt apology?   The only thing that could make me even more excited for the actual movie (that would be Jurassic World) is all the Chris Pratt we all get to enjoy as we wait for it to finally arrive!

"When Tony Stark jumpstarts a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth's Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as they battle to save the planet from destruction at the hands of the villainous Ultron.  Exuberant and eye-popping, Avengers: Age of Ultron serves as an overstuffed but mostly satisfying sequel, reuniting its predecessor's unwieldy cast with a few new additions and a worthy foe." -RT

Admittedly I haven't been a recent regular Late Show viewer, but in my younger years (pre-Hulu, Netflix, Interweb ect) it was Must See Nighttime TV!  In honor of an incredible career I present Dave's final star-studded Top 10 List!  Thanks for the laughs!

I miss Joan.

Life's more fun when you get off the couch and get out and actually enjoy it--
Salt Lake really is a great city!  Glad I was reminded of that this month!

Raise your finger for this amazingly creative and fun viral vid that made the rounds this month!   Watch it HERE.
