In the midst of working on #13 (See: below), my trusty It's-not-really-that-old-is-it? Mac's screen froze up on the permanent spinning pinwheel of death. In a panic, I rushed it to the computer hospital-- and while initial tests were promising, further diagnosis revealed it was terminal. His video card had gone out. (Replacement parts are not offered for machines of his age.) I had to put him down. We had many good years together. I hope he's having a great time with Steve Jobs up there in Apple Heaven. Needless to say, a replacement was essential-- so a week (without a computer!!) later I got my shiny new iMac, I promise to give him a really good home and enjoy his company for years to come!
Sheeee(zus)'s Back!!! Even though her album doesn't technically debut until May, it's been streaming online for a week or so now. And has been on steady repeat for me that entire time. Just give her that Pop Princess crown! Favorite Tracks Include: URL Badman, Hard Out Here, L8 CMMR, Our Time and Silver Spoon. (Officially drops May 6)

Based on the the true story, Oscar nominated Philomena tells the story of a young Irish teenager who got pregnant out of wedlock. She was forced to give up her son up for adoption. In following with Irish-Catholic church doctrine, she was forced to sign a contract that would never inquire into his whereabouts. After starting a family years later in England and, for the most part, moving on with her life, Lee meets a BBC reporter with whom she decides to discover her long-lost son. Being a child of adoption myself, this one hit home. Make sure to have the Kleenex's handy!
Words cannot properly convey how much I love this collaboration between Scandinavian pop stars Robyn and Röyksopp! It's straight out of the gates as a strong contender for Song of the Summer. (Now if only their upcoming joint world tour came here, I'd be an even happier camper.)
'Meat' of the Month.
Couldn't get enough in my mouth.
Nom Nom Nom.
Toni & Candace, Kath & Dave, Peter & Nance, The Sanitation Twins, Fred & Carrie, Nina & Lance, Bryce & Lisa, Spike & Iris and the rest of Oregon's quirkiest characters are back for another season and still Keeping Portland Weird.
From American dream to corporate greed. The Wolf of Wall Street is based on the true story of Jordan Belfort and his rise to a wealthy stock-broker living the high life to his fall involving crime, corruption and the federal government. I can see now why Leo and Jonah were getting all that Oscar buzz. Very well deserved!
Why am I only now getting into Amy Schumer!? (Ew, not like that!) Her raunchy sharp Comedy Central sketch comedy show is friggin' hilarious! Here's 5 more reasons you should be tuning in with me!
Bitchy Naomi > Crazy Tyra
When my Grandma passed away she left hundreds thousands of priceless photographs, pictures and Polaroids behind; many of which we'd never seen, or at the very least forgotten about. I took on the monumental task of somewhat-organizing them and uploading them in one place online for all of the family to enjoy. It's gonna take a while to get through all of it, but if ya fancy checking out some adorable pictures of yours truly... Click HERE.
I admit Joan & Melissa is totally staged and clearly (at least loosely) scripted for the most part, but that doesn't mean it's any less entertaining. Joan can do know wrong. Plus, I totally teared up at the genuine sadness when she lost her long time pup Max. Those are the kind of things you can't fake.
