So wanting to undo some of the damage of my Freshman 15(+) I've started the week long cabbage soup diet. I was up all night making a big pot of it (and surprisingly it's pretty tasty!).
Today, I've been doing very good. Soup, apples, grapes and water. And yes there is urgency, with only a couple weeks until Urban Outfitters opens-- I've gotta get myself back down to fighting shape for any and all unplanned shopping sprees!
